      The USPS, UPS, FedEx and DHL expected delivery dates/times, for shipments, are estimated, not guaranteed!

      Shipments cannot be forwarded by carrier.

      DOMESTIC SHIPPING POLICIES 

      • UPS Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air and 3 Day Select Delivery options require recipient signature.
      • If recipient is not home the shipment may be left at a designated access point for retrieval. We do not cover lost or stolen packages after carrier marks as delivered.
      • Next Day Air Delivery may still require 2 Day handling. 
      • UPS does not deliver to P.O. Box locations.

      DUTIES AND TAXES 

      Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price. They will be added to your shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. The charges are determined by your local government and differ for every country.  Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to completing your purchase.  By completing your order you agree to pay all applicable fees. If your order is refused upon delivery, it will not be returned to Mainland Skate and Surf.  Shipping charges are not refundable for returned shipments. 

      INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICIES 

      • International orders must be paid via credit card and will be verified before shipping.
      • FedEx is the only carrier available for international shipments outside of USMCA countries. FedEx offers tracking to final destinations. 
      • UPS and USPS do not offer tracking to all countries.
      • All orders are subject to verification prior to processing and shipping.
      • We are required to complete a customs declaration with the retail value of the item(s) purchased, Mainland Skate and Surf cannot legally declare your order as a gift or change the value.
      • We currently offer shipping through FedEx, USPS and UPS, but this can change at any time.
      • All prices are in U.S. dollars 
      • We ship to international residential addresses only; we do not ship to businesses, hotels, International P.O. boxes, motels or resorts outside of the U.S.
      • Shipping costs are paid by buyer
      • During the order verification step we may contact you, by email or telephone, to request additional information. If we do not receive a response within 3 business days after our attempted contact, we may cancel and refund your order. 

      RETURN POLICY 

      Customer satisfaction is very important to us;  we will accept the return of merchandise that is returned within 30 days from the date of purchase.

      • Returned merchandise (product) must be in its original condition to qualify for a return.  Returned items must be unwashed, unworn, unused, and include the product tag(s)/labels/packaging/accessories.
      • Shipping charges, including shipping insurance costs, are paid by the buyer and are not the responsibility of the seller.
      • Charges for shipping services are non-refundable after the services have been performed except for any product received that is either not the product ordered or deemed defective by us. We will exchange the item at no additional cost upon verification.
      • Merchandise purchased online, through mainlandskateandsurf.com, which meets the return guidelines outlined above, may be returned via mail to our warehouse:  8027 W. Sunnyview Ave., Visalia, CA 93291 with return form (Download PDF) or original packing slip with Order Number.
      • Once you return your purchase by mail, please notify us by emailing: internetsales@mainlandskateandsurf.com
      • Merchandise purchased online, through mainlandskateandsurf.com, may also be exchanged or refunded (transaction receipt/Packing Slip required), within 30 days from the date of purchase, in one of our retail locations;(https://mainlandskateandsurf.com/pages/store-locator).
