- UPS Next Day Delivery require recipient signature
- If recipient is not home the shipment may be left at a designated access point for retrieval.

International customers must pay applicable sales tax, duties and customs charges which are determined by your local government and vary by country. Duties, taxes and/or customs fees will be an additional amount collected upon delivery of your order. We are unable to provide you with the exact amount of the charges. Your order confirmation details only the amount collected by mainlandskateandsurf.com, please contact your local government for specific details. By completing your order you agree to pay all applicable fees. If your order is refused upon delivery, it will not be returned to Mainland Skate and Surf and no refund will be processed.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICIES
- We recommend to use DHL for international shipping. DHL offer tracking to final destination.
- UPS and USPS does not offer tracking to final destination
- We do not ship to International P.O. boxes
- All orders are subject to verification prior to processing and shipping
- We are required to complete a customs declaration with the retail value of the item(s) purchased, Mainland Skate and Surf cannot legally declare your order as a gift
- Our current available shipping method is through USPS and UPS, this can change at any time
- All prices are in U.S. dollars
- We ship to international residential addresses only; we do not ship to businesses, hotels, motels or resorts outside of the U.S
- The customer assumes the cost of any return shipping for refunds or exchanges
- During the order verification step we may contact you by email to request additional information. If we do not receive a response within 3 business days after our attempted contact, that order will be canceled
Customer satisfaction is very important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with a product, we will gladly exchange or refund the purchase within 30 days of the sale date.
- For any exchange or refund, we need the original receipt or a confirmation number of the purchase in our system, and the product must be in its original condition including the box, packaging, tags, and all accessories.
- Charges for shipping services are non refundable after the services have been performed except for any product received that is either not the product ordered or deemed defective by us. We will exchange the item at no additional cost upon verification. Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
- Merchandise purchased online through conneticlife.com, which meets the return guidelines above, may be returned via mail. Before you return your purchase by mail, you first must obtain a RMA# by calling (559) 651-1668.
- Any returns mailed to us without a pre-approved return authorization may be refused without notice, and automatically returned with a handling fee assessed.
You will be responsible for all shipping and insurance charges for returns, unless otherwise indicated. If you choose not to insure your package and we do not accept return of the product, you will be responsible for any loss or damage. Additional charges may be assessed for products returned with any missing items. For products that we verify to be defective, we will reimburse you for your original shipping expense on the product that you return or exchange. Merchandise purchased online cannot be returned at any retail locations.
